Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Payment Terms

Full Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your studio hire.

Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations Allowed: We do not allow cancellations. Once a booking is made, it is considered final.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling Up to 48 Hours Before the Booking: If you need to reschedule your booking, you may do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. A credit will be issued for future use, valid for one month.

Rescheduling Less Than 48 Hours Before the Booking: Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking will not be eligible for credit or any refund.

Credit Usage

Credit Validity: Credits provided for rescheduled bookings must be used within one month from the original booking date.

No-Show Policy

No-Shows: If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time and have not informed us, your booking will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be provided in this case.

Late Show Policy

Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please inform us as soon as possible if you expect to be late.

Beyond Grace Period: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the time lost will be deducted from your booked session. The full booking fee remains non-refundable.

Communication: To avoid any issues, please communicate with us as early as possible regarding delays.
